I love this tea!I love this tea, chilled and mixed with a bit of organic lemonade. I always take a thermos of it on bike rides and depend on it to revive me on a hot vigorous ride. I think the minerals must be helping replenish electrolytes, because it's much more restorative than water. I cold brew and either strain it just before using or pour it unstrained, because I enjoy chewing on the ginger when the thermos is empty. I even take a supply when I travel because it makes such a difference in my energy on long hikes and bike rides. Thank you, New Earth Tea!
