Structuring the air in a car or truck means that any fumes that enter the vehicle are neutralized. "Structured" Air is first describing the shape of the water molecule. Choose where we should install the piece that attaches to the air vent louvers. If you choose both, 2 screw holes will be visible. However, it allows for either vent design. You would unscrew the holder and change to the other position. It changes the center of gravity of the Air System and attaches better depending on the louver direction.
